Equitas to Participate at the DRBF Central & Eastern European Conference in Tbilisi

Between 11-13 March 2020 the Dispute Resolution Board Resolution (DRBF) is going  to have its Central & European Conference and Workshops in Tbilisi, Georgia. This year’s theme is ” It’s about time” and the agenda focuses on the risk of delay in construction projects and as to how delays are treated under different forms of contracts, ans they are analysed and managed.  The  second day of the conference will also deal with delay claims and their resolution process.

This event brings experienced Dispute Board practitioners from all over the world together with professionals new to the field.

EQUITAS director Metehan C. Sonbahar is  going to deliver a presentation about  global claims which is still viewed as a controversial subject by dispute resolution practitioners hence the latests developments in case law.
