EQUITAS and CMS COVID-19 Webinar

On the 29th of April 2020 EQUITAS Consulting and CMS Law presented a webinar with regards the effects of COVID-19 on construction contracts governed under Turkish law.

The online seminar included discussions in relation to the relevant provisions under Turkish law, the clauses of the FIDIC 1999 and 2017 form of contracts and the measures to be taken in drafting extension of time and additional payment claims.
